Key Position Responsibilities
Implement the planned hardscape/landscape design under the leadership of the Site Foreman including:
Comply with all company policies and regulations in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulation.
Perform other tasks in-line with the position as may be required from time to time.
Core Competencies
Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various hardscaping/landscaping tasks.
Knowledge and familiarity of how to install pavers, outdoor kitchens/bars, fire pits, retaining walls, water features, etc.

Ability to work as a crew under the direction of the Site Foreman to achieve the project goals.

Ability to proactively solve problems and resolve issues while effectively achieving the project goals.

Physical Demand
Must be able to lift 40-80 lbs. without assistance.
Work Environment
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
Qualifications
Previous landscape/hardscape experience preferred.
Valid US driver’s license is required, CDL/Commercial license is a plus.
Own transportation to and from work is required.
English preferred.
Spanish or other languages is a plus.
